Our team members from office manager, technician, to owner never stop training. When we have new hires they go through 2 months of training. On Duty is able to train on multiple different platforms from in house training (all members weekly), online courses (all members daily), and in person training year round( all members) , always staying at the top of the industry's training and continuing education. Our system for customer service is second to none! Our customer relations manager or (CRM) system allows us to communicate directly and instantly to you via text, email, or phone. You will get updates prior to your service a few days prior then again the day before and than again a few hours prior.
